Privacy Policy
How Advisor Booking collects, uses, shares, and protects information from visitors, booking requests, and the people we contact on behalf of our clients.
Effective date: October 19, 2026
Who we are
Advisor Booking is a marketing and appointment-setting service for registered investment advisers, operated by De Jesus Ventures LLC, a Florida limited liability company based in Boca Raton, Florida ("Advisor Booking," "we," "us"). This policy covers advisorbooking.com and every page on it, including our booking pages (the "site"). Questions and requests go to info@advisorbooking.com.
Two things this policy does not cover. First, the work we do for a client under a signed services agreement: that work is governed by the agreement and the client's own policies. Second, information about the people our clients ask us to contact, which the client controls; the section "People we contact for our clients" below explains the limited way we handle it and how to opt out.
What we collect
Information you give us on a booking page. When you request a call through the form on one of our landing pages, we ask for your mobile number, first and last name, work email, firm or company name, your answers to two short fit questions (about budget and timing), and whether you checked the text-message consent box. We record the exact consent wording you agreed to and when. Once your mobile number, name, and work email are filled in, the page sends those details and a random reference number for your request to our systems, even if you leave before pressing Continue, so we can follow up on an unfinished request; you can ask us to delete them at any time. If you add notes in the scheduling calendar, we keep those too. On advisorbooking.com/book there is no form; you go straight to the calendar.
Scheduling information. We use a scheduling service, iClosed (with Calendly as a fallback), to book calls. When you pick a time, the scheduler collects your name, email, the time and time zone you chose, and any answers you give to its questions, and it may ask for a mobile number. If you came through our form, we pass the scheduler your name and email, your mobile number on iClosed, and the campaign tags from your visit, so you do not have to type them twice; on Calendly we also place your firm name and your answer to the timing question in its notes field, which you can edit or clear before you confirm. The scheduler tells our site when a booking is made so we can record it; after an iClosed booking it sends you to a confirmation page on our site and passes the booking details (the event, the time, your time zone, and campaign tags) to it. Each scheduler's own privacy policy also applies to its service.
Information collected automatically. When you use the site we collect the page you are on, the page that referred you, your browser and device type, the date and time of your visit, random identifiers for your visit and, on the booking pages, for your booking request (kept with your booking progress for up to 7 days), and, when the Meta Pixel is loaded, the identifiers stored in its cookies. Our hosting provider and the services named below may also log your IP address. Campaign tags on links in our emails, LinkedIn messages, and ads (UTM parameters, and the click identifiers that Google and Meta add to ad links) tell us which message or ad brought you to the site; we keep them with your visit and with any booking you make. Our booking pages also run simple checks for automated submissions and record the result.
Advertising tools. The site can load the Meta Pixel and the LinkedIn Insight Tag. When they are loaded, they set cookies and send Meta and LinkedIn information about your visit (pages viewed, browser data, and a hashed identifier where available) so we can measure our ads and show ads to people who visited the site. They also record when a booking request is submitted and when a call is scheduled. We only load these tools when we are running ads, and never when your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal. Meta and LinkedIn use the data under their own policies.
Email you send us. If you email us, we keep the message and our reply.
We do not ask for, and you should not send us, Social Security numbers, account numbers, or other financial account details through the site.
How we use it
- To review your call request and decide whether your firm is a fit for our service.
- To schedule, confirm, prepare for, run, and follow up on calls with you.
- To send you call details, confirmations, reminders, and rescheduling notices by email and, if you opted in, by text message.
- To operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the site, and to detect spam and automated submissions.
- To measure which messages and campaigns lead to calls.
- To show you ads on Meta and LinkedIn when those tools are enabled.
- To meet legal, accounting, and record-keeping obligations and to enforce our terms.
We do not use your information to make automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you. The fit questions on our booking pages decide which message you see next, are recorded with your request in our CRM, and, when the advertising tools are loaded, decide whether your request is reported to Meta and LinkedIn as a lead or a scheduled call; every visitor can still book the call.
Text messages
If you check the consent box on a booking page, you agree to receive text messages from De Jesus Ventures LLC at the mobile number you provide. On our landing pages the box must be checked to continue, because we confirm those calls by text. If you would rather not receive texts, book at advisorbooking.com/book, which does not ask for text-message consent, or email info@advisorbooking.com and we will send you times. These messages are about your call: details, confirmations, reminders, and rescheduling. We do not send marketing text messages. Message frequency varies and is usually a few messages around each call. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help; you can also email info@advisorbooking.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not share your mobile number or your text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
How we share it
Service providers. We share information with vendors that process it for us and may only use it to provide their services to us:
- GoHighLevel, our customer relationship management system, which receives your booking request, your answers, your consent record, the campaign tags and ad click identifiers, the page you were on and the page that referred you, your browser and device type, the identifiers from the Meta Pixel's cookies when that tool is loaded, the result of our automated-submission checks, and the time and details of your booking, and which we use to send email and text messages.
- iClosed or Calendly, for scheduling; the scheduler also sends the calendar invite.
- Google Workspace, our email and calendar provider, for the messages we send and receive and the calendar invites.
- GitHub, which hosts the site, and Google Fonts, which serves the site's typefaces; both receive your IP address when pages and fonts load.
- Meta and LinkedIn, when their advertising tools are enabled. They also act under their own policies.
Legal reasons. We may disclose information to comply with law, a court order, a subpoena, or a government request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Advisor Booking, our clients, our users, or the public.
Business transfers. If Advisor Booking or De Jesus Ventures LLC is sold, merged, or transfers its assets, your information may transfer to the new owner under this policy.
No sale. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for money. Loading advertising tools may count as "sharing" personal information for targeted advertising under some state laws. You can opt out as described under "Your choices."
People we contact for our clients
Our clients are registered investment advisers. On their behalf we send email and LinkedIn messages to prospective clients and to professionals such as accountants and attorneys, we read and respond to replies, and, once someone books a meeting with the client, we may send that person confirmation and reminder messages about the meeting by email and text. For that work we are a service provider to the client. The information we use comes from the client's own records (for example, their CRM) and from contact databases we license and maintain, and typically includes a name, a role and employer or business, an email address, a phone number, a LinkedIn profile, and a location.
If you received a message from us on behalf of a client, you can stop further messages at any time by replying with that request, by replying STOP to a text, by using the unsubscribe link in an email, or by emailing info@advisorbooking.com. We honor those requests promptly and keep a record of them so you are not contacted again. Requests to access, correct, or delete information held in a client's records are passed to that client, who controls them.
Cookies and browser storage
The site uses a small number of cookies and browser-storage items:
- Campaign tags. If you arrive through a tagged link, the tags are kept in your browser's session storage for the length of your visit, so they can be attached to a booking you make. They are deleted when you close the tab.
- Booking progress. On our booking pages, what you have entered into the form is saved in your browser's local storage for up to 7 days, so you can come back and finish without starting over. When you finish booking, what you typed is removed except your first name; a note that you booked, with the request's reference number, stays so the page can show that you are booked if you return. Everything is deleted when you choose "Start over" or after 7 days.
- Scheduling. The scheduling calendar (iClosed or Calendly) sets its own cookies when it loads.
- Advertising. The Meta Pixel and the LinkedIn Insight Tag set cookies when they are enabled.
We do not use cookies for site analytics beyond the tools named here. You can block or delete cookies and site data in your browser settings; parts of the booking pages may then not remember your progress.
Your choices
- Text messages. Reply STOP to any text from us, or email info@advisorbooking.com.
- Marketing email. Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or email us. Service emails about a call you requested do not have an unsubscribe link, because they are not marketing.
- Targeted advertising. Email info@advisorbooking.com with "opt out" in the subject line and we will exclude your information from the advertising audiences we control. You can also manage ad settings at facebook.com/adpreferences and linkedin.com/psettings/advertising. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out: the advertising tools are not loaded for that visit.
- Do Not Track. There is no common standard for Do Not Track signals, so we do not respond to them. We do respond to Global Privacy Control as described above.
How long we keep it
We keep booking requests, call notes, consent records, and related correspondence while we evaluate or work with your firm and for three years after our last contact, unless a longer period is required by law or needed to resolve a dispute or enforce an agreement. Records of opt-out requests are kept for as long as needed to honor them. Booking progress stored in your browser expires after 7 days. Data held by the advertising and scheduling tools is kept under each provider's own retention policies; where a provider lets us choose, we choose the shortest period that still lets us run the service. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information, including access controls, two-factor authentication on the systems that hold it where the provider offers it, encryption in transit, and vendors with published security practices. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we learn of a breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you as the law requires.
Your rights
Whatever state or country you live in, you can ask us at any time to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you and how we use it.
- Correct it.
- Delete it.
- Stop using it for marketing or targeted advertising.
- Give you a copy of it in a portable format.
Email info@advisorbooking.com. We confirm requests using the email address or mobile number on file and respond within 45 days; if we need more time, we will tell you why. You may use an authorized agent to make a request, and we may ask the agent for proof of authority. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights. If we deny a request, you can appeal by replying to our response, and we will answer the appeal within 45 days. If we deny the appeal, we will tell you how to submit a complaint to your state's attorney general.
Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Florida, and other states with consumer privacy laws may have these rights by statute. Advisor Booking is a small business that may fall below the thresholds at which some of those laws apply; we honor the requests above for every visitor regardless. California residents: we do not sell personal information, and the only "sharing" we may do is through the advertising tools described above, which you can opt out of as described under "Your choices."
If you request a call, we send you emails about that request. With your consent we may also send marketing emails about our services. Every marketing email includes our postal address and an unsubscribe link, and we honor unsubscribe requests within 10 business days, as the CAN-SPAM Act requires.
